Software

A simple three-part software package supports the sam^®5 system. It controls the complete measurement, performs the desired injections and enables analysis of the resulting curves.

Experimental Setup

The automation tool SequenceMaster^® supports the fully automated execution of a complete injection series by the autosampler. The SequenceMaster^® provides an easy to use Drag & Drop Interface to create sam^®5 programs. The programs are processed by SensMaster^® and are executed fully automated.

Data Acquisition

The measuring and controlling software SensMaster^® provides a graphical interface, which controls the execution of the experiments. With SensMaster^®, measuring parameters are set and data acquistion can be tracked in real time. For both, phase and amplitude, changes can be tracked simultaneously.

Data Evaluation

The analysis tool FitMaster^® is based on the established software for measuring data processing, ORIGIN, which is included with the system. Measuring data is exported from SensMaster^® into ORIGIN to be analyzed and processed automatically with FitMaster^®. Dependent on the experiment, the data can be analyzed with defined standard binding models.

K_D Determination in minutes

FitMaster^® additionally provides a set of different K_D calculation models enabling the user to determine K_D automatically. Calculation results can be easily obtained in minutes from Measuring data. For both, binding and K_D , customized models can be developed and implemented.
